Vintage Wine Estates Buys Clos Pegase Winery

Vintage Wine Estates of Santa Rosa has bought Calistoga’s Clos Pegase Winery and Vineyards from founder Jan Shrem. The winery’s Calistoga vineyards and a lease of the Los Carneros  vineyards totaling 450 acres. Vintage Wine Estates said it is planning to expand the distribution network and invest in the facilities.
